Regardless of if you have an account or not, you will receive an email once your order has been placed and another email once your order has been delivered.

What kind of substitutions will you make if something is not available?
In order for us to make the delivery deadline, sometimes we may make a substitution in your order. We assure you that all substitutions are of a similar color and equal or greater value and will not compromise the floral design.

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, and Diners Club.
Do you accept checks?
Unfortunately, we only accept credit cards through our website at this time.
Is your credit card payment processing secure?

Can you deliver at a specific time?
You can specify a delivery date and time slot (morning or afternoon) during checkout. Morning deliveries range from 9am – 12pm and afternoon deliveries range from 12pm – 5pm. However, if you have a specific time you would like your delivery to be made, please get in touch with us through our contact page and we’ll do our best to accomodate your request.

Do you deliver on holidays?
We typically only deliver on non-bank holidays. However, if you have a specific request, please get in touch with us through our contact page.
Do you offer same-day or next day delivery?
Please get in touch with us through our contact page to inquire about same-day deliveries. You can schedule a next day delivery as long as the order is placed before noon PST.
Can you deliver to a special location (gated community, secure office building, hospital, nursing home, etc.)?
Yes, we can deliver to special locations like gated communities, secure office buildings, hospitals, and nursing homes. Please include any special instructions in the Order Notes during checkout.
What happens when the recipient is unavailable during an attempted delivery?
We will do our best to get in contact with the recipient to arrange a better time to try the delivery again. In these cases, it helps when you fill out the recipient phone number during checkout. If you would prefer us to leave the delivery with a doorman or on the porch, please include your instructions in the Order Notes during checkout.
How will I know once the delivery has been made?
Once the delivery has been made successfully, you’ll get an email saying that your order has been completed. If you require documentation of a successful delivery, please get in touch with us through our contact page.
